Base is roughly 18 1/2" x 19" and altogether it is roughly 11" tall and I'd say it would hold an 11" cake that would be 4".
The stand does have some issues a decent sized crack at the bottom, has a spot of the lid, the lid also has a wobble to it when setting on the base and has a fair amount of scratches. SOLD AS IS
