WHAT IS IT? EXTERNAL is the leak sealant that is applied externally on components of refrigeration and A/C systems. Specifically designed to effectively seal all types of leaks that occur up to 5 mm in metal and rubber components of refrigeration equipment, EXTERNAL is resistant to lubricants, additives and refrigerant gases. It resists temperature changes and can be used interchangeably on the high and low pressure side (hot or cold). BENEFITS It can be used in the circuit metal components, such as copper, aluminum and steel. Can be used in thermoplastic tubes. Resists mineral lubricants, POE, PAG, PAO and Alkylbenzene. Resists refrigerant gases CFC, HCFC, HFC, R32, CO2, and even R1234yf. Resistant to cleaning fluids, even chlorinated. Resists a temperature range from -100°C to +270°C Pressure resistance depends on the magnitude of the loss: 5mm=40bar 2mm=50bar 1mm=57bar
