The AccessQuick RT-PCR System simplifies one-tube RT-PCR with a convenient master mix that combines Tfl DNA Polymerase, dNTPs, magnesium sulfate, and reaction buffer. AMV RT enzyme is separately provided for crucial no-RT control reactions. The master mix is added to RNA templates, followed by AMV RT, primers, and water. It's designed for routine RT-PCR applications that have been previously optimized and don't require harsh conditions.
