These are training and certification plates designed for Corrosion, Erosion, and Lamination UT Thickness assessment. They're made of 304 Stainless Steel and divided into four quadrants, each marked alphanumerically. The opposite side hosts two randomly placed simulated defects. Depths vary, ranging from to T, with the deepest point recorded. The defect side is painted with Rust-Oleum to prevent further corrosion and is covered by a removable plate. Documentation includes a Certificate of Conformance, As Built CAD, and Measuring & Test Equipment Certificates.
