OTC's 6145 is a 7 piece set of tamper-proof Torx bit sockets. Tamper proof Torx fasteners feature a center pin that prevents removal with anything but tamper proof Torx sockets/bits. These sockets are designed with a center hole that allows clearance for the center pin on the fasteners. Specialty fasteners from the Torx family are used in many aspects of assemblies. The 6145 from OTC gives anyone a removal or installation solution for Torx profiles. Made with two piece construction S2 grade steel, one of the highest quality tool grade steels used in production, these bit sockets are designed for endurance. A natural finish ensures that these sockets won’t crack or peel like many chrome plated versions can. Includes: TT10, TT15, TT20, TT25, TT27, TT30, and TT40 sized sockets.
